Not only do we offer exquisite bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride, prom and evening dresses but we also provide bridal shoes, children's shoes, flower girl and holy communion dresses, boys suits, baby shower gifts, a full colour range of mens and boys cravats, tiaras and jewellery, handbags, purses, scarves, gloves, furniture, home furnishings and much, much more.
Yes! Once brides have purchased their wedding gown they will receive a 10% discount on all accessories that are also purchased on that day. We will be continuously providing special offers and discount codes online so be sure to keep a close eye on this website and our Facebook page for those monthly offers and redeemable codes.
We will always advise you to order your gown in the size you are at the time of ordering, knowing that a wedding gown can be easily taken in. We also advise you to have the wedding gown altered 4-6 weeks before your wedding. But do not worry about this, as our experienced staff will discuss this with you during your fitting.
9 out of 10 dresses will need some form of alterations so it is very likely. Alterations are not included with the dress purchase. We can provide in-house seamstresses at both locations, however you are under no obligation to use them. The costs for alterations will vary, depending on the amount of changes needed. Total cost of alteration is discussed between seamstress and customer.
We strongly encourage you to bring one or two people that you trust to your appointment as this makes for a relaxed but informative experience.
Our appointments usually last around an hour to an hour and 30 minutes. At Pasha Bridal we are committed to providing each bride with a professional and personal consultation. There is no obligation to purchase a bridal gown after an appointment, however if there are timing issues with your gown or limited stock then our non-commission based consultants will advise you of this.
At Pasha Bridal we are always ready to assist and you are welcome to visit both our locations without an appointment. However, if you would like a one-on-one consultation with our experienced staff it is advised that you book an appointment in order to avoid waiting or disappointment. You are welcome to contact us in various ways to confirm an appointment; by telephone, Facebook, e-mail or by filling in our appointment form on our website.

We will always request a deposit of 50% in order to secure your order; this deposit is non-refundable. We will also need to measure you and take some personal details so that we can order the correct size and contact you when your dress arrives. The outstanding balance must be paid within 7 days of the order arriving into the store. If you are purchasing a ‘buy now’ gown or sample gown then we will request the full outstanding balance on the day of purchase. All brides will receive a breathable dust proof wedding bag worth 20. We accept cash and Credit/Debit card payments.

The majority of dresses will need to be ordered, however we do have a range of ‘buy now’ sale dresses available in a variety of sizes. Additionally, from time to time we do have bridal gowns that have been used for display and viewing purposes available for sale. These gowns are very much ‘sold as seen’and can be taken away on the day upon receipt of full payment.
